User journeys

I worked with strategy teams to create user journeys that grounded business partners in patient needs to make informed decisions. I incorporated interactivity in each user journey, allowing users to interpret information at their own pace.

SPRAVATO current & future state

The SPRAVATO team researched new patients, which my strategy team synthesized, while I visualized the findings. 

I plotted current and future journeys alongside noteworthy findings and recommendations from my strategy team. The user journey is interactive, allowing users to view journey variations and to click in to find more detailed information as they need.

Multiple Myeloma global patient journey

My strategy team and I updated a pre-existing user journey with new research on multiple myeloma patients. We took this as an opportunity to transform the single page into an interactive, document.
